1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any Off The Rack Jack DJ Courses (the “Courses”) and/or the Off The Rack Jack Mentorship Program (the “Mentorship”).
By enrolling in any of the Courses or Mentorship, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.
Off The Rack Jack and Off The Rack Jack DJ Academy are trading names of 2 Be A DJ Limited.

2. Payment & Billing
All purchases for the Courses or Mentorship are processed through our website at www.offtherackjack.com (the “Website”).
- Payment is taken as a one-time upfront payment at the time of purchase.
- Prices for the Courses and Mentorship are clearly displayed on both the Website’s sales pages and the checkout page at the time of purchase.
- Accepted payment methods include: credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, or any other methods offered at checkout.
- If payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired details, or any other reason, enrolment will not proceed until payment is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect prior purchases.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the Courses or Mentorship, you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase by contacting:

4. Accounts & Access
- You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol in the Courses or Mentorship. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Your account is for personal use only. Sharing your account, login details, or any Course or Mentorship content with others is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- If we discover account sharing or unauthorised use, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund.
Upon purchasing a Course, you will receive ongoing access to its content. This means there is no time limit on how long you can access the materials. However, while we aim to provide ongoing access, we reserve the right to revoke or limit access in the future if necessary (for example, due to platform changes, technical issues, or business closure).

5. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content provided through the Courses and Mentorship—including but not limited to videos, written materials, downloads, and music packs—is the intellectual property of 2 Be A DJ Limited.
By enrolling, you agree:
- Not to copy, share, record, distribute, or use any content outside of personal educational use.
- The free music tracks provided are for personal practice only and cannot be used commercially.
- Any misuse of materials, including presenting our content as your own, will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.
We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove content from the Courses and Mentorship at any time, without prior notice.
Some materials may contain explicit lyrics. We strive to use non-explicit versions where possible, but if you are uncomfortable with this, please consider this before purchasing.

6. Limitations of Service
The Courses and Mentorship provide advice, guidance, and personal coaching based on professional experience.
However, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or progression.
Different individuals may experience different results based on their own effort, practice, and circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel a student’s access (with a refund where appropriate) if any behaviour is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or abusive. The definition of unacceptable behaviour is at our sole discretion.

By submitting a testimonial or review (whether via email, message, video, or other formats), you grant us permission to use your feedback—including your name—in promotional materials, on our Website, and in marketing content.

8. Mentorship Terms
The Mentorship program includes:
- Three online courses
- Access to a platform for support, communication, and additional guidance
- Access to a community platform where you can interact and connect with other members
Role of the Mentor
The role of the mentor is to guide, coach, and provide advice. The mentor will not complete tasks on your behalf.
Community Conduct
All members are expected to treat one another with respect and professionalism at all times. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community and/or mentorship programme if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without prior notice. A partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Determine the frequency and response times of all communication
- Decline any request deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the mentorship
- Decline or terminate mentorship relationships and revoke access to the mentorship if deemed necessary, with a partial or full refund issued at our discretion
Access and Duration
Access to the mentorship is provided on a lifetime basis; however, this refers to the lifetime of the mentorship programme itself.
Closure of the Mentorship
If the mentorship programme is discontinued for any reason, you will be given a minimum of six (6) months’ notice. During this period, you may ask any remaining questions before access is permanently closed.
- If the mentorship programme is closed within your money-back guarantee period, you will receive a full refund.
- If the mentorship programme is closed after your money-back guarantee period has expired, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for any updates periodically to ensure you remain in compliance.
